This includes but is not limited to information provided by restaurants, community reviewers, or automated systems. Our total liability to any party shall not exceed zero dollars.
4. User-Generated Content & Section 230 Protection
Reviews, ratings, incident reports, and other content submitted by users are the sole opinion and expression of the individual submitter. Allergy Safe USA is an interactive computer service as defined under 47 U.S.C. § 230 (the Communications Decency Act) and is not the publisher or speaker of any user-generated content. 7. Incident & Safety Alert Notifications
Email notifications sent by this platform regarding incident reports are based solely on user-submitted information and have not been independently verified. These alerts are informational only. Allergy Safe USA makes no representation that any reported incident is accurate, complete, or current. Recipients of these emails should not rely on them as definitive safety guidance.
8. No Endorsement
The presence of any restaurant in this directory does not constitute an endorsement, approval, or certification of that establishment by Allergy Safe USA. Equally, the absence of a listing does not imply that an establishment is unsafe.
9. Email Notifications & Opt-In
By submitting a review and checking the notification opt-in, you agree to receive safety alert emails if an incident is reported at a restaurant you have reviewed, as well as occasional community updates. These emails are informational only and based on unverified user reports. You may opt out at any time by contacting us. Allergy Safe USA will not sell or share your email address with third parties.
